5.25" tall x 4.25" diameter. Though this one is 70% of the full-size model, all the original details are packed in, with essentially no compromises to the proportions of the parts! [Same amazing detail as the full-size HO model, yet a bit smaller at 70% of the size.] Perfect for a mill scene burner in the background. Or up front!  This is the newest addition, and we have the "80%" version too, slightly larger, with few if any proportional compromises. What you see is what you get: You are ordering here the specific model shown.  Foundations are not included, but the "plain" variety or the somewhat customized "concrete" perimeter foundation are available separately.
