You will find assembly is straightforward. It is as it would seem: Put the top on the sides and add everything else. I include full color instructions and paragraph style text to better explain the sequence of steps.

I did not take lightly the matter of positioning the bonnet. One might say I "invented" a way to do this that I believe will cut frustration by at least 50%.

Tool Included

Each kit comes with a special "tool" that you clip onto the framework. This suspends the bonnet at the level you choose while you place the "infinitely thin" rectangular hanger cables. This could have been done with wire, but PLA is quite strong in this regard, with the advantage that the bonnet wires hang nearly perfectly straight and true. Also, the lengths are very precise! This results in a balanced, level hanging on the first go. There's several extra sets of hangers just in case you wish to make a change to the elevation level.

Loader Detail

Also you'll find a printed mesh gridwork in a diamond pattern for the HO kit. This is laid on top of the catwalk (top of the framework) and then you add the safety handrail. The N scale kit catwalk uses instead a special fabric.
     The Safety rail bends at the corners and you place it all at once. This makes the job much easier than separate pieces. They come out perfectly aligned.

I kid you not, it is detailed work. But nothing I know of currently will get you closer to a chip loader of equal detail. I put in extra parts, too, just for fun.
