The conveyor belt kit gives you a great start on an elaborately-detailed system to ready products for loading and unloading. You get six 20-foot sections that fit together end-to-end, plus multiple legs and "angle iron" to be used to reinforce the structure. A section of ribbon is included intended to serve as a belt. All parts are stationary. Consider airbrushing the finished model to achieve an aged appearance. Don't forget to check out the assembly video. Made in Oregon, USA.
Also now available in ready-to-run, "Rough & Ready" usable condition! Choose whether you want the legs attached ahead of time or not. If legs are attached, it's fixed position forever. If you attach the legs, you can position it to your liking but you will have to do the work. No way out! Be sure to see the assembly video below for unique methods.
This video shows how I "weld" the framing together to create the Conveyor Belt. Learn how to literally WELD this 3D-printed material instantly. Faster than you can glue it with CA and perhaps in some ways easier. There have been some recent improvements to the kit. Included a removable block which is placed inside the belt unit during gluing/welding of the underside. This stabilizes positioning and makes fixing the underside framing part much easier. Another improvement is a "tongue & groove" unit-to-unit alignment tab that makes connection of units more accurate. With this system, it is possible to make custom belts with the HO scale units each 20 feet long.
