Welcome to the Oregon Coast! Did you bring your raingear? It's fall of 1980 and we're movin' the goods between South Tillamook and Batterson. We don't get up into the woods too deep; we'll leave that for the "hill job" to deal with the winding Salmonberry River and all the risk for washouts. We're usually in the 101 GP-9 and we like to tow Sandy's Geep (SP caboose C-40-3) behind us wherever we go, just for comfort and convenience. OK lets get these centerbeam flats outta this mill and up to the hill! Later, we'll come back with some small gons for the scrapyard and drop those. Then we'll grab the empty centerflow hopper at the co-op and take that to the hill as well. We're in good shape as long as we don't run out of fuel (battery). Grab the WD-40 and let's go!
