Our objective is for you to receive our products in a timely manner at the least possible cost.  You will NOT pay outrageous shipping charges with Coastmans.

TIMEFRAME:
Coastmans will make every effort to have your order shipped
within 24 hours. For trees which we make here in-house, there is most often a lead time of 2-4 days required for 15 trees or les, and up to a week on a large order (>15 trees).   In the event of a delay, we will contact you via email to inform you of the expected delay period and obtain your authorization. 

SHIPPING METHODS:

USA ORDERS:
16 ounces or less: Ships by USPS First Class / Standard Domestic .
Greater than 16 ounces: Ships by USPS Priority or Parcel Select, whichever costs less.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SHIP VIA USPS  FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. MUST BE UNDER 3 LBS 15 OZ OR THEY MUST SHIP PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL WHICH MORE THAN DOUBLES THE PRICE, AT LEAST $70 USD MINIMUM!

USPS First Class or Priority by order cost:
$0.00 to $24.99 - $4.95
$25.00 to $49.99 - $7.00
$50.00 to $74.99 - $9.00
$75.00 to $99.99 - $10.00
$100.00 to $124.99 - $11.00
$125.00 to $149.99 - $14.00
$150.00 to $174.99 - $18.00
$175.00 to $199.99 - $20.00
$200.00 to $399.99 - $22.00
$400.00 and up - $28.00


CANADA: 

Canadian orders ship via USPS First Class (aka "Standard International").  Rates are as follows:
USPS First Class International by order cost:
$1.00 to $50.00 - $18.00
$50.01 to $100.00 - $26.00
$100.01 to $150.00 - $34.00
$150.01 to $250.00 - $40.00
$250.01 to $400.00 - $46.00

Default Rate - $100.00

It takes about 1-2 weeks for your order to get through customs and arrive. 



France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Japan:

These OVERSEAS orders ship via USPS First Class International.  Rates are as follows:

All Purchases are a Flat-Rate USD: $46.00. 

Note 1: If  your order is under 2 pounds total including the box, it may only cost about $24 to ship it. In this case, and if you paid by PayPal, I can send you a payment to give you some money back!  Kits are lighter than logs, and forget the StumpStuff!  I don't have everything weighed out, sorry.

Note 2: It takes between 2-4 weeks for your order to get through customs and arrive.
 




When placing a very large order, or for custom trees taller than 24 inches, please contact us to obtain a production time estimate as well as shipping costs. 

We mostly ship using USPS but may also ship FedEx and UPS per customer request. 


RETURN POLICY:
We will be happy to return any product for a refund of the purchase price as long as the product is eligible for refunds per this policy.

Unopened tree kits and boxed trees may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the product purchase price.  To be eligible for a refund, these objects must be from the account that originally purchased them.  Trees that have build-up from kits or trees that have been installed on a layout are not eligible.  I always want to hear about problems; email me at coastmans@gmail.com. 

Please note that Shipping Fees are non-refundable.   

To initiate the return process, please send an email to coastmans@gmail.com indicating the sales order number, date of purchase, and items you would like to return.  After verifying your sales order, we will send a confirmation return email and send the refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
