Supplies for TreeMaking Since 2011

Meet the Machines

Some of these machines are no longer in existence as I've altered the formula for the Green Branches. However, quite a few different specialized machines were developed to make the trees you see on this site.  Here are a few videos below showing what's been done so far.  A few are experimental.  Enjoy these!  -Rog

Video: Finishing Trunks, Bob Barker, and Drilling Dead Branch Holes. No more dead branch holes but the tapering machine is key and doing well, as is the base hole driller.
Video: Distresser Machine treats surfaces of Green Branches Material before going into Monster Grinder Machine. (Machine no longer living).

We don't really do it this way anymore as now we have the All New Green Branches, but we used to cut the scrubbers in half on a bandsaw (photo above). Then they had to undergo a roughing process, then a tearing process (machine at right).  After that they were painted (above, orange thing) then dried at 80F for 3 days.
Video: Dead Branches Sorting Using Vibrating Hopper. This machine is still alive 4/4/17.
Subsequent to Monster Machine mashup of Green Branches Material, it is colored and dried at 80-deg F for a few days. (Method no longer used).

Monster green branch tearing machine, no longer living, so sad!
